You are eligible for this free gift if you are over the age of 18 years old, live in the UK and if you purchased Vodafone Home Broadband directly from Vodafone between 1st August 2018 and 3rd September 2018. You won't be eligible for this gift if you bought your Vodafone Home Broadband outside of this time period.

Once your Vodafone Broadband is active you will need to wait 30 days until you can register. Once your registration period has started, you will have 14 days to complete the registration process on vodafone-broadbandtech.co.uk.

Once your registration period is open you will need to visit vodafone-broadbandtech.co.uk

For you to register just follow these simple steps:

  1. Once your broadband is active you’ll receive a letter from Vodafone containing your registration start and end dates and your order number
  2. 2. Go on the promotional website : vodafone-broadbandtech.co.uk
  3. 3. Enter your customer order number. It is a 15 digit number prefixed by WEB- or SBL-.
  4. 4. After registering successfully, you will receive an email within 5 working days with your unique gift claim code and a URL link to the gift claim website
  5. 5. You will have 14 days from receipt of this code to visit the gift claim website and chose your gift

If you have completed all the steps, checked that your details are correct and checked your junk mail but you still can't successfully register, please drop us a line via our contact us form and we'll be happy to help.

You will see a confirmation page and then receive a confirmation email saying that you have been validated within 5 working days. The email will be sent by Promotions@uktlcmarketing.com and will be sent to the same email address you used to register.

The email confirming your validation will give you clear instructions on the next steps for you to take in order to claim your gift. You will need to follow the link provided and enter your unique claim code within 14 days of receiving the email.

Unfortunately if you don't claim your gift within 14 days of receiving the email, your code will expire and you will no longer be able to claim your gift.

If you have successfully registered and checked your junk mail, try searching for our email address Promotions@uktlcmarketing.com. If you still can't find it, please drop us a line via our contact us form and we'll be happy to help.

If you have lost your email but you are valid customer, please gather all the information you will need for us to track your account. The information needed will be your customer order number and your registration dates. Once you have all this information please drop us a line via our contact us form and we'll be happy to help.

The gift choices are one of the following:

  • Sonos Play:1 Wireless Speaker (black or white)
  • Amazon Echo (2nd Generation) Smart Speaker (Charcoal)
  • Fitbit Charge 2 (black, small or large)
  • GoPro HERO action camera

The choices of color and size depend on stock and availability. Most products come in one standard color and size however the Sonos Play:1 comes in black or white and the Fitibit Charge 2 comes in black and a choice of Large of Small. Please refer to the below to measure your size.

No, so please be sure to think carefully before confirming your gift choice. It is final and you will not be able to change it.

You cannot return or exchange your gift for another once it has been confirmed.

When choosing your gift we will ask you to enter a chosen postal address – this can be any valid UK mainland address (it does not have to match the address your Vodafone broadband is registered to). Once you have entered your address you cannot change. Deliveries of gifts are made by DPD courier Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm. If you supply a mobile phone number you will receive delivery updates and can even link this to the DPD app to get additional information and notifications

Your gift will be delivered to the postal address provided within 30 days of choosing your gift. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm so please consider which address you supply.

Yes. Deliveries are made via DPD courier. If you supply a mobile phone number you will receive tracking updates and can select safe place delivery (See DPD terms here). If you download the DPD app you can also track using this too.
