  1. You’ve bought your Unlimited Fibre Home Broadband directly from Vodafone between 01.08.18 and 03.09.18
  2. You’re within your registration period.
    1. You will have received an email from Vodafone telling you your registration start and end dates.
    2. Tip: This is a 14 day period that starts once your home broadband has been live for 30 days.
  3. You have your order number ready to input.
  4. Tip: This is a 16 digit code that begins either: SBL- or WEB- (e.g. WEB-012345678911121), you’ll need to enter the code in full. This number will be confirmed on your order receipt and also in your email from Vodafone

The claim code will be emailed to you at the address you specified during registration – this can take up to 5 working days so please be patient.

Gifts can take up to 30 days to arrive. If you’ve chosen your gift and received a confirmation notification and you’ve not waited 30 days, then don’t worry your order is being processed. If you’ve supplied a UK mobile phone number you’ll get a DPD update to tell you when your delivery slot is – you can also select a number of alternative delivery options including having gifts delivered to DPD pick up stations where available.
